I just wanted to let you know that Ruby has been found. She was locked in an outhouse which I had checked numerous times during her absence. Having given up finding her close to home, I thought I would have one last look in all her hiding places and there she was – indignant at having been locked in and hungry and thirsty but otherwise fine. Why she had not answered my calls on the other days I have no idea. Still all’s well that ends well – until the next time!
